You will need an amp which accepts line level inputs or line level converters. Take the signal from the rear speaker wires. If you have Bose Audio Pilot, you may need to disconnect the microphone for it.
If you have Bose, the microphone will measure the ambient noise in the car and adjust the volume and tone levels accordingly. It is usually in the headline next to the overhead console. That console needs to be opened to disconnect the mic.
