I just got my 2004 230K last week and somebody peeled/removed the "OR" from the word "KOMPRESSOR" in the back of the car. What is left is now the glue that used to hold "OR" and I dont know how to remove it?

Maybe some of have experienced this before.

Are you saying you'd rather remove the glue than replace the logo?

The dental floss works great every time. Eastwood sells a product called 3M Trim Adhesive remover. It works great on the glue, and is really handy to have around as a universal solvent. It doesn't seem to do anything to your paint either.

It was a lot of work for me to remove those letters. I used Goo Gone and I still have to scrub it. Maybe the 3M work better.
