I came across this really nice option.

For those who want to make their Sports Coupé even more exclusive, help is at hand: designo. For the paintwork alone, there are ten different designo colours to choose from. The interior meanwhile can be moulded exactly to your taste, with two-tone designo leather upholstery, or single-tone designo leather/fabric upholstery. The interior trim parts in colour-coordinated aluminium or cinnamora anthracite wood provide the finishing touch.

I was wondering if anyone knows if this is available in the USA, can it be special ordered? and if so how much would it cost? Does anyone have any insight?

not sure about the USA but in Canada, designo is currently unavailable for the c-coupe. Most of the other models are available with it so maybe it will be available soon. Hope this helps.

It is not available in the US. If it were, it would be eye-popping expensive. 8O

$ Price does not matter when it comes to Personal Style...

Cost would not come into play since "one" already is getting the most inexpensive Mercedes C230 start up car. You mite as well splurge a little and get all the simple features with the money you save. Too bad that they don't offer this option here in the US. I am a very individual person, and I like my car. I like it more because I don't see any cars with the color I picked-out #800 Citron Green (it really stands out, you should be noticed even if you drive a small but flashy Baby Benz......I love the attention, definitely see me coming that's for sure).
You can probably tell that I am into Art and Design. LOL
