Greetings,

Is anyone able to check the status of my vehicle on the Netstar system?

The MBZ dealer I ordered from is making me uncomfortable with conflicting information on the staus of the order. I was hoping to get a second opinion(if you will) on the status.

I know it will ultimately get here and yes I am anxious but.....this person is not being very helpful. If I were alittle more paranoid I would say he is avoiding me!.........Maybe I am!!!! ;-)

I will definitely let the management know how I feel once I have recieved this vehicle. I have tried going up the ladder abit but I am being told that I need to use this sales person. Oh well.

Any help would be appreciated.

I only have access to the service side of Netstar, so I can't check your exact status. Understand that the J.D. Power's survey you get after you take delivery is the kiss of death for the salesman if it comes back with a bad score. i would start to apply sme pressure that way. I would also call 800-4MERCEDE(S) and explain your situation. This will all but guarantee you a very quick answer.
