I don't know how hard your turns are when you get off the highway, but it sounds like something that is moving is rubbing or maybe bad bearings? Could be a semi-seized brake caliper too. Take it in and have them road test with you.

Could be the ESP/BAS kicking in if you have excessive wheel spin? Is your tail sliding out on the turn?

it only happens when i turn left and no i don't exit way too fast.
Then I go back to what I had said originally or a problem with the steering pump. How is your power steering fluid level. Give that a peek before consulting with the dealer.

Sorry, I wasn't suggesting that you WERE going too fast. I was just responding to the question of you sliding your tail out regualrly upon exit.

The pulsating noise sounds like you are turning the wheel to the maximum crank. Noise is probably the power stering pump. I get that noise too on all Rear Wheel Drive cars its normal in hard turn situations.

If the steering wheel is getting harder to move as you the turn is progressing then your power steering pump is either faulty or is low in fluid, which means there is a leak in the lines, seals, or gasket.

I had an Rx7 with manual steering, I had to crank it hard until I got sufficient speed.

I was thinking it might be a cv joint or a bearing it doesn't happen when i turn the wheel all the way sometime the smallest turn and the noise starts sometimes very loud. The dealer is checking it out and they said that they would take care of it.

Hopefully they'll be able to make short work of it. Let us know how it turns out.
