I am having problems with a consistent misfire on cylinders 2&6 on my C320. Had the air mass sensor replaced 3 months ago and new plugs one year ago. Fuel pressure tested ok. Can't seem to identify the exacact cause. Any soloutions?? Car runs great until you go 70 or more, the it starts to misfire badly.

I would swap some spark plug wires around and see if the misfires follow them. That's usually the #1 cause of misfires on M112 and M113 engines.

Never-fail trick for ANY gasoline engine:
1. Warm car. 2. Drive to a very dark area 3. Open hood & watch for glowing ignition wire. Works for bad or mis-routed (crossed or too-close to engine block) wire. Won't work for internal fissure (continuity) of electrical conductor. Go OEM; avoid generics.
