Used C230K - whats my car worth

I might be looking to sell my Leased 02 C230K come February or March. Hows the used market on these cars? I'm guessing by then my car (actually my wifes car) will have around 30,000 miles on the clock. Her car was ordered with the NAV System (North Eastern DVD-Rom), Sunroof, 6 sp and black cloth seats. Exterior color is also black. Original sticker was around $31,500.00.
